A visitor arrives at the hospital parking area for an appointment with the Ophthalmology Department but does not know where the department is located, as the hospital consists of multiple buildings, entrances, and interconnected departments. To reduce stress and ensure quick orientation, digital navigation support is immediately available.
2. Wiz QR Code
The visitor scans a QR code for the Wiz mobile application, which opens an interactive map of the entire hospital complex. Using the information screen at the entrance, they can browse a list of all departments and services and select the “Ophthalmology” option.
3. Navigation Through the Facility
After selecting the desired destination, Wiz automatically calculates the fastest and most convenient route to the department. The system is designed according to Health & Safety standards, with the goal of reducing uncertainty, preventing misdirection, and enabling safe and efficient movement throughout the hospital.
4. Additional Wayfinding Support
As the visitor approaches the department, LED wayfinding signals provide additional guidance, helping them reach their destination while confirming that they are on the correct route. This ensures that users are always aware of their location and distance from their destination.
